Event Details
Start your FAN-FEST experience early with a hands-on creative workshop! Learn about creating comics from the incomparable Steven Harper, creator of TikiFez Comics—comics and graphic novels suitable for intelligentsia of all ages and publisher of "Quest for the Golden Butterfly." Brainstorm an initial idea and work through script, panels, art, and lettering to arrive at a finished comic page. Learn about character design, storytelling, panel layout and composition.
Ages 14 and up; children under age 14 may attend with an adult. All supplies provided.
Enter the Community Hall through the entrance next to the parking lot. The workshop will take place in the first room on the right.
