Summer Library Program events are made possible in partnership with the Mississippi Library Commission and resources from the Collaborative Summer Library Program (CSLP).
Registrants will:
- Taste new foods and flavors
- Learn how food is grown on the farm
- Use math skills through measuring
- Use reading skills following recipes
- Use time management in meal preparation
- Practice food and kitchen safety
- Play games and be physically active
Must be able to attend BOTH days of programming to earn a certificate of completion.
