Register to vote in Mississippi: To register, you must be a U.S. citizen, a resident of Mississippi for at least 30 days, and 18 years old by the general election. You can register in one of the following ways:

  • In-person: Visit a Circuit Clerk's office.
  • By mail: Download and print a form from the Secretary of State's website and mail it to your local Circuit Clerk.
  • Other agencies: Register at any Department of Public Safety when you renew your driver's License.
  • Waveland Library - Only on September 16, 2025 - 9:00 - 5:00

Registration deadlines: Mississippi requires you to register at least 30 days before the election you wish to vote in. For example, the deadline for the Special Primary Election on August 5, 2025, was July 7.
