Barre workouts are low-impact, high-intensity routines that blend ballet-inspired moves, Pilates, yoga, and strength training to tone the entire body. Using a barre (or chair) for balance, these workouts focus on isometric movements, high repetitions, and small, controlled movements to increase flexibility and build lean muscle mass.
