Event Details
Join us for a hands-on cosplay workshop presented by our programming partner MAP Kids! Connie Voight—with over 40 years of experience teaching theatre—will present activities to help you get ready for our cosplay contest! We are excited to celebrate creativity and performance art with this early FAN★FEST activity on Saturday, ahead of the big event.
Participants will be provided with supplies and instruction including stage combat, getting into character, and posing.
There will be two sessions: at 1:00 pm for children age 8-12 and 2:15 pm for youth age 13-18.
This session is intended for tweens/teens age 13 and older. Older youth registered for the early session who are interested in continuing with this workshop may with permission from the presenter.
