This 8-Week Program will give you a New Start in your overall Heath and well being
N – Nutrition
E – Exercise
W - Water
S - Sunshine
T – Temperance
A – Air
R – Rest
T – Trust in the Yourself
Each week we will watch an educational, informative, and easy to understand video on each of the 8 laws.
A hand out of the materials will be provided with additional links to learn more about each law.
A seated exercise program – (High Intensity Interval Training) will follow for a 12 – 15 minutes session.
Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle to each class.
Who is Jolene DeCourcy?
Jolene is a certified trainer and wellness coach who is dedicated to helping promote a healthy body image and greater confidence amongst her clients. With over 15 years of training experience behind her, Jolene has worked with complete beginner to elite-level, producing results in body composition, strength and conditioning, and enhanced athletic performance. Having trained countless women (including herself!), and by enduring scoliosis, which resulted in a fused spine and pregnancy, she is a strong advocate for pre- and postnatal exercise and rehabilitation for special populations. She is passionate about encouraging her clients to discover the many benefits of strength training, high-Intensity-Interval-Training, Nutrition and Health, and Wellness.
