Get moving with this instructor-led fitness class.  Gentle stretching and movements are suitable for participants looking for a slower pace.  Please dress comfortably.

Stroke, heart attacks, and accidents can rob us of our mobility.  People can increase their range of motion, and strengthen their core with this seated exercise class.
