Get moving with this instructor-led fitness class.  Gentle stretching and movements are suitable for participants looking for a slower pace.  Please dress comfortably.

Self-directed gentle exercise class with instructional video.

 

Strength and Flex classes are every Friday at 10:30, except the last Friday of the month. The last Friday of the month class will start at 11:30.
