Suzanne Bertoniere is our Zumba Class leader! She is an experienced Zumba instructor/leader who can help even newbies get the hang of things. Suzanne's technique is to use video instruction from some of her favorite fitness experts, and to lead the class in following the steps and moves. Still on the fence? Suzanne will walk us through some traditional beginner Zumba steps/moves. And since she's experienced in showing students of various levels how to proceed at their own pace, you'll be able to pick up the dances from your first class session. But to clarify, Zumba is, by its nature, a high-energy method of exercise--it is not a slow-paced type fitness class.
